Equities

These are commonly called shares or stocks and are traded on exchanges around the world.

Mann International only recommends equities that have been thoroughly researched by our analyst teams. These may be in "small cap" or "large cap" companies and are advocated because they represent potential for growth and return on investment.

Our research teams analyze entire business sectors for broad viability and then select corporations within the sector for further and deeper analysis. Naturally, the companies in whose shares we invest must have sound management, clear and concise strategic direction and sound financial fundamentals.

Often the equities we purchase on your behalf will pay what are colloquially referred to as dividends. Dividends are payments made by a company to its shareholders. When a corporation realizes a profit or surplus, that money can be put to two uses: it can either be re-invested in the business or it can be paid to the shareholders as a dividend. Many companies keep a portion of their earnings and pay the remainder as a dividend. Mann International holds dividends we receive on qualifying stock in a segregated nominee account on your behalf and pays them to you as applicable.
